Went to this pharmacy to get cold medicine which cost 15Euro for 20 tablets, didn’t work at all. Went to another pharmacy and ask for cold medicine while showing them what this pharmacy gave me they were surprised this unprofessional pharmacy sold me a vitamin for cold prevention which explains why it didn’t work at all. This pharmacy might seem nice and speak English but they are taking advantage of students or foreigners that don’t speak Italian. I spent only 9 Euro on 2 different medicine including Ibuprofen and cough syrup in another pharmacy that doesn’t speak English but is professional and kind to help. Please avoid going here.
Kind and on top of it!
I asked the boss, a former colleague, for gaviscon forte 500 tablets, I got the 250.. I asked for a mouthwash for my gums and he gave me one that won't work for me. And in case it turns my teeth yellow. Surprised, because I didn't expect anything similar from a colleague, I paid and left. It's a shame because the collaborators are always very courteous and competent. Unfortunately this is how it goes with pharmacies.
This pharmacy is well stocked with both medicines and homeopathic remedies, supplements and cosmetics. It has an excellent department of gluten-free and baby products. It has continuous hours and is open on Saturdays. Dr. Brambilla and all the doctors are kind, helpful and prepared to resolve doubts and recommend solutions. It is also possible to order products by telephone. For me it has always been the favorite pharmacy, even if I moved house and moved away, I continue to go there because I feel so good.
They are all fantastic. Very organised, competent, professional and very kind, they remove any doubts and reassure you. They answer every question, even complex ones, with a lot of patience and clarity. Excellent environment on a professional and human level. Highly recommended. To Nicole, who wrote before, I reply: it's a pharmacy, not a switchboard. If you were nervous because you were quarantined at home, remember that pharmacists are neither mum nor dad, so you will only get a special service if humanly and technically possible. Maybe the people in line had just as many rights. If you then evaluate a pharmacy's service based on a phone call, I would say that it is a superficial and not very logical method.
