Very nice pharmacy with even nicer staff. The lady was very patient and knowledgeable even though she didn´t speak English and we didn´t speak Italian she was able and willing to help us.

In any case, I had asked the lady for help for a colleague of mine who had symptoms in her leg bones since the early hours of the morning. Not being able to leave work I thought of asking for help from the pharmacist who would DEFINITELY be able to advise me.... or at least so I believed. Naively as an ignorant man, but certain vicissitudes are certainly not easily forgotten, I decide to trust the pharmacist, who, comparing her work to that of my colleague, decides to recommend the same cream to me "INDICATIONS - Symptoms attributed to venous insufficiency; states of fragility capillary." For €16.30 Not happy, she decides to also recommend some pills "useful for the functionality of the venous circulation" costing €15.80 According to her, excellent for her. But not taking into account that my 20-year-old colleague perhaps simply needed a cream for muscle pain. Taking away the fact that unfortunately for my colleague she too, or perhaps fortunately, is not from Bari, because we will NEVER go back there AGAIN! Obviously when my colleague returned to the pharmacy she got the change from the lady and the boy behind the counter, attacked because the problem wasn't theirs but mine who had entrusted myself to the lady asking her for advice......first of all they told her proposed a Voucher😳 a GOOD?!?!?!? The lady who behaved like little children when they take their little ones! Saying that he couldn't give her the money back, that she had recommended some medicines that she said could help; but given the treatment received, at this point we believe that it was a mere move to gain on the good gesture of someone who trusted even for a moment in a lady who at first sight could have given advice to another woman and instead was It was a futile gesture to get rich. Very competent pharmacy, everyone available and highly trained. Regarding vaccines, Luca helped me complete the vaccination cycle with the third dose, which due to pressing work commitments I needed to complete. In just one day from my request he solved the problem. Well done. Highly recommended.

Very kind doctor, the person who performs the swabs is anything but. I was the last in line for a swab, after 20 minutes of queuing they rudely told me that they don't do any more. But in the meantime they let another gentleman in saying "come lawyer, come".
