This pharmacy is located in the center of La Spezia near the Civic Theatre. The windows on the outside are often darkened and not used to display products. The interior is old style, the counter occupies most of the internal perimeter of the place. You can find many medical products, for children and also for four-legged friends. The sales staff is helpful and kind to customers.

I am disgusted by the way the owner treats her employees. I came in this morning and the owner was screaming like crazy in front of customers, at an employee. I had to wait for him to stop yelling so I could tell the pharmacist what medicine I needed. My total solidarity with all the employees of this pharmacy, I will certainly never set foot there again

I can't help but confirm the disgusting rudeness of the owner which certainly doesn't make you want to return. Another negative note is the lack of the tax code in the receipts for the deduction of medicines, although my mother always has her health cards and the electronic prescription with her where, however, the tax code is already present and they can take it directly from there even without asking for the card. !
