PAID PRODUCTS NOT ARRIVED. I ordered on May 7th and paid by bank transfer at the same time, but the products never arrived. They don't respond to numerous emails or even the phone. Over a month has passed, no goods, they are unavailable... This is a scam site!!

Order placed and paid on March 11th, products never shipped. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer by email. Fortunately, I had paid via PayPal and therefore after 10 days I was finally able to receive the refund, solely thanks to PayPal's intervention. If I had paid by bank transfer or credit card I probably would have lost the money. Shameful!

EDIT: After sending a couple of emails, they responded the next day with the tracking number. Therefore I changed the rating from one star to three. But the problem remains of not having received any confirmation before the emails. The phone number doesn't seem to work. It's a shame that these problems are created. I am waiting to receive the goods. Original message: I placed an order last week and I neither received the paid products nor an email to cancel the order with a refund. They don't answer emails or the phone. It's absurd that these things happen.
