Friendly staff???.. I would say that I am more than friendly, I would say that the staff are very sleepy. I'm talking about the two younger guys, they don't even smile if you give them 10 euros. The only one who is saved in there is Cinzia. Very kind and competent person. Very professional and really helpful. Everything else is better left alone!
