I explicitly asked for the price of a generic product (Ibuprofen) and based on the price provided, I decided to purchase three units. However, upon checking the bill later, I realized that it was almost three times more expensive than I was told. Check the bill prior to paying! (I bought the same product later on in another pharmacy - 80% cheaper)

they were really kind. i’m aerospace engineer from south korea. so i can’t speak italian. anyway i’m infected Athlete's foot so i went there to buy ointment. then i met really kind her. even i’m not that good at english but she tried to know what exactly my problem is. she was one of the most kind person that i ever met in italy. thanks for the kind service.

Go there all the time

It was my pharmacy for years, even before the renovation. With the new ownership the level has dropped significantly! Fortunately, I often meet two doctors who have always been in this pharmacy and who are knowledgeable, kind and very reliable. Today Saturday the staff was few and I was served by a doctor with poor command of the Italian language and also of courtesy. Unfortunately I am no longer very satisfied.
