By mistake I placed the order twice on March 12th and 14th. I was contacted by the Pharmacy to confirm the second order. At that point I informed them of my error and was given the second credit. Product arrived this morning. Speed, ease of purchase but above all EXCELLENT customer service. Super recommended.

I have used this pharmacy several times, and frankly the behavior of the "shop assistants" behind the counter (who I wouldn't define as doctors) borders on the ridiculous. Arrogance and lack of professionalism because although as someone from outside the region I am able to regularly purchase medicines from them with a dematerialized prescription, they did not want to take on, on more than one occasion, the "hassle" of making a couple of online reservations at the CUP. The excuse? I am from outside the region and therefore encountered problems. Moved to another pharmacy soon done. The URP of the Modena AUSL itself found the matter very unusual, speaking of incorrect behaviour. I WOULD DEFINITE THEM AS A GREAT ANCIENT AS THOSE WHO WORK THERE AND MANAGE THE PLACE. FAIL FOR LIFE

I used this pharmacy from the online site: order placed on Sunday night, Tuesday morning I already had the products (and I'm out of the region). The deadlines are all far away, they provide tracking of the shipment, the tax code is present on the receipt and requests have all been fulfilled. If you have doubts about buying online, you won't have any bad surprises from this pharmacy!
