Not recommended, in my opinion the lady at the counter is not suitable for contact with customers: rude, bored and not inclined to give advice or clarifications. On more than one occasion I was unable to receive the talking receipt because the normal one had already been issued without asking first. The first things you must wear when dealing with the public are smile and politeness, it seems to me that this lady has forgotten that.

It's time when the choice of one pharmacy rather than another is also made based on whether or not one adapts to the rules (among other things regarding the containment of a pandemic, not rules for pizzas and figs!!! ): the lady at the counter insisted, even after being kindly invited to wear them, not to wear gloves or a mask. When I pointed out to her that she is obliged to wear them as much as I am a customer, she argued that there is glass that divides us and therefore she can not wear them... it's a shame that she not only provides information but handles (I repeat without gloves and mask) the boxes of medicines which he then passes to me. Out of kindness and politeness I didn't insist (promising myself never to set foot there again)... but it seems right to me to point out this issue... also for future reference...

Shameful, after having crossed the entire Torre del Greco, to find the pharmacy closed, despite being the only one open in a city of around 80,000 people!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

Excellent pharmacy (I'm talking about the structure) and the staff is also excellent (fast and kind)
