they wanted to cheat me with the medicine. After arriving home, I realized that I was missing the medicine I had paid for. They explained that the machine didn't give it to them (but somehow they put it on the receipt). After a few hours, when I contacted them, they returned the medicine to me.

I went to this pharmacy by chance but I can say that the pharmacists were kind and friendly. I give 5 stars because they truly deserve them.

The Bossi pharmacy is definitely well stocked. Reservations of missing products are quick, even via WhatsApp. The staff is always very kind. I recommend it!

I'm very happy with the staff, they are expert and dedicated to listening. Today I needed Paola who gave me advice on creams and aesthetics... due to a facial allergy... I found her very kind... she helped me a lot by recommending suitable products to me and not trying to make money on the product...I would say very good everyone and thank you for your kindness and courtesy
