Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience with the pharmacist. I didn't take the ticket for the number voluntarily, because there was no one in the queue, they were hearing 2 people, then there was me. In the meantime, people came in, when it was my turn, the pharmacist asks me for my number before serving me, I reply that I hadn't taken it, she as if I don't exist, asks who behind me had the number to serve him, as if I had no right. I also explained to him that I hadn't taken it, to save paper since there was no one there. Luckily the customer after me told him that he was fighting stupidity and that he should serve me first. Really a terrible experience.
Friendly and competent staff.
Even if the pharmacy is very crowded in season, the service is courteous and the staff trained.
Incompetent and incapable. They make appointments for the swab test, then the queue is managed at any time. You give them your health card and then they don't pass it on. Bad bad
Only pharmacy in Andalo..times a bit limiting for workers!! Anyway very competent and courteous staff!
