I had the opportunity to visit this pharmacy during my last visit to Salzano and I was very satisfied with my experience. The pharmacists were all young and very helpful, able to provide me with valuable advice on the treatments I was taking and how to manage my symptoms. I really appreciated their friendly and professional attitude, as they immediately made me feel at ease. Furthermore, the pharmacy is located in a very convenient position, easily reachable from the center of Salzano, with ample parking available to customers. I highly recommend Bottacin Pharmacy to anyone looking for high quality service and highly competent staff.

Kindness and knowing how to recommend an excellent pharmacy

I make an appointment at the pharmacy and Mr. Aldo denies me the free swab I am entitled to as I am exempt from the vaccination campaign for health reasons, ignoring current legislation. Since he claims to "not live for my 15 euros", I don't understand the reason for this refusal. My initial guess was that it was a very, very small person. I would add that I was blatantly insulted ("Stupid as you are") and even threatened ("I'll grab you by the ear and take you out", even though we were already outside 🤔). When asked for explanations by the addict's colleagues, Mr. Aldo repeated my refusal, but in a more kindly way: this is worth the second star. Finally, I took the swab test for free and without an appointment at the municipal pharmacy. When I went back to Aldo to tell him that I had managed to do the swab even without his help, he said he didn't remember me. At this point I worry about Mr.'s mental health. Aldo and I add the third star because maybe after all it's not his fault if he behaved that way. In conclusion I would like to add that while I was there, he threatened to "beat up" an elderly customer (who was actually causing problems, unlike me). An experience to remember!

Very good! They know how to advise well, they deal with products such as supplements and high quality cosmetics.

Since the highly esteemed Dr. Lodigiani sold the business, the pharmacy has lost quality and courtesy. It used to be my reference pharmacy, but no longer, I prefer valid alternatives in town.
