Rudeness and lack of professionalism of the owner (Dr. Bottasso). Faced with the telephone communication of an (absolutely human) error in the purchase of a drug given to me in the morning by his son (pharmacy employee), he rails by telephone, inviting me to present the prescription next time - something I have already done at the time. of the purchase - and not only that, he does not admit the mix-up but rather claims that the son could absolutely not have made a mistake as he graduated 4 years ago (absolutely irrelevant detail). Lastly, he doesn't answer my question about the availability of the correct product and hangs up on me. I feel sorry for the son because he was absolutely courteous and helpful, but evidently the doctor doesn't know Customer Care.

The owner is a very pleasant and friendly woman. If a certain drug is suddenly out of stock, she will place an order and you will receive the necessary medications the next day.

I congratulate and congratulate Dr. Bottasso for her dedication to the customer, even an occasional one like me, her competence in explaining the possible solutions to the ailments presented, and for the studied proposal of tested products.
