One star because, alas, I can't give 0! Introduction: this pharmacy had been advised against me by many people and acquaintances, but I still wanted to try and give it a chance since it was the only place with a short-term appointment. About two months ago I took my son for an EKG. Electrocardiogram carried out in a small room of approximately 3m², on an ARMCHAIR, without even the usual roll of paper which NORMALLY is placed between the table (in this case armchair) and the patient. If you want to introduce a service, do it well, because I will never come back!!!!
Every time I need something they tell me it's ordinary. Last time I didn't want to order and went to a nearby pharmacy where I immediately found the products.
I had the opportunity to visit this pharmacy on a couple of occasions while passing through the area, and was extremely pleased with the experience. The pharmacy staff were extremely attentive and helpful, providing detailed information and answering all my questions with patience. Another strong point of this pharmacy is their wide range of products - I found everything I needed. In summary, I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the area.
I can understand the security. I can understand the virus containment aspects. But I don't accept that a pharmacy on duty, at 3pm on a Saturday in December in Pergine Valsugana, doesn't even let in the people who have to queue outside in the cold. Furthermore, communication is problematic given that there is no intercom. Never again thanks.
