The lady was very kind with us, helped to find the right medicine for my daughter eye problem.
Patient staff, who does their job well! Many thanks for helps with the request!
While waiting at the doorstep for my husband who brought me my mask a older man serving in the farmacia went crazy. Becoming abusive and threatening shouting through the farmicia that my mask was ok, but that I was not ok. He said we won’t serve you. This without informing what I needed. A violation of the oath of Hypocratis. I will report this sad incident to the proper health authorities and meanwhile I recommend to avoid this place and drive to Rabbi.
Reading the other reviews, some excellent and some terrible, I can say that my personal experience understands them perfectly: you need a bit of luck, it depends on who you need. I was in August and there was a bit of a queue (objectively not managed at the top). While you wait, a very kind person intervenes to ask what you need and prepares the medicines on the counter, however you still have to queue to pay. With four people in front (apparently nothing) I waited almost 20 minutes. Personally, when my turn came I was served by a very kind doctor who asked me for some information before writing the receipt (despite having a doctor's prescription for the drugs). During the wait, however, I witnessed some "slightly less kind" interventions towards other customers by another pharmacist who was a few years older which made me understand the more negative comments in other reviews.
Disturbing experience. I called to get information on a drug and I was answered by a gentleman who never allowed me to finish a sentence, he continually overlapped his voice with mine at a rather high volume without listening to what I was saying, he repeated that he did not accept reservations for drugs (which I never asked for) and formulated sentences that were completely devoid of relevance and coherence compared to what I was trying in vain to explain. I also thought (wrongly, unfortunately) that I had the wrong number. After 7 minutes of trying to make me listen, shocked, I gave up. Fortunately I called another pharmacy in the valley where they responded with courtesy and availability.
