Often the price does not correspond to the one displayed to the public. moreover, if the doctor does not understand an order she does not accept it and "insultes" the customers accusing them of having lied and they refuse to change, in the evening, the products purchased in the afternoon, even if the packaging is completely intact and also the contents for reasons "invented" as "given the pandemic it is not possible" (which is somewhat suspicious, given that it is possible in all other Italian pharmacies). I was very disappointed with the service and regretted it. I probably won't go back there again so as not to risk being treated and accused in the same way.

Doctor Simona even contacted me by phone to warn me that she had sent a cosmetic product that I hadn't found a few days earlier. Very kind and very knowledgeable, certainly a reliable person to take advice from.
