Excellent service for vaccines. The doctors demonstrated competence and reliability, even answering various customers' questions about vaccines, dispelling any doubts about their safety. The pharmacy also presents a wide choice of over-the-counter and free-sale products. For those who live in Pinerolo it should be the trusted pharmacy.
Extremely rude and incompetent staff. I went to this pharmacy because it was on duty during the mid-August holiday and I urgently needed oxygen for a family member. When I showed up with a prescription from a doctor, I was told by the pharmacist that it was an 'emotional' issue and that we were 'stealing'. oxygen to those who needed it. Shame, the oxygen was necessary and it was the doctor himself who said so. The service offered is not just terrible: it is unacceptable.
