First and last time in this pharmacy! Terrible! Friday 29 December, 15 minutes before closing, following a small operation, I purchased an antibiotic (with a specialist's prescription) paying for it in cash, I also gave my health card (marking it twice: upon requesting the drug and collecting it from the counter together with the product). When I got home I thought he had given me the receipt together with the recipe but instead the receipt wasn't there! Yesterday, during the medical check-up, I went back to the pharmacy to ask for explanations and it turned out that the health card hadn't been issued, and in my opinion the receipt wasn't even issued, which they didn't even give me yesterday, because "it was of a different day"! Now, since the mistake was not mine, in any other honest and competent pharmacy, they would have solved the problem by making a return of the sale of 12/29 (in this way it is reversed from the Revenue Agency) and redone a regular sale of the same product with tax code and receipt. Lastly, I was not offered the purchase of the generic, which costs €2.30 less and if I had had the electronic prescription I would not have paid anything! What can I say...efficient, prepared and honest
