excellent service, helpful and friendly staff.
The owner doesn't respect people.
Yesterday afternoon I came to your pharmacy to take a swab. I waited in the cold and with a long queue. When the operator came out to deliver the results to the people, I asked if I could take a swab even if I lived in Milan. The operator who they tell me, but I'm not sure, is the owner replied to me that they have the swabs. they only do it to the Venetians. I was astonished and speechless by the response!!!! I took the car and went to the Castelbaldo pharmacy and they swabbed me even though I lived in Milan. I believe that what happened yesterday was shameful. I remember badly that not everyone is like them, otherwise I would have to pay for a swab test I had to return to Lombardy.
