I had to get a COVID rapid test for travel purposes. Irene and the other lady performing the test were very understanding when I told them that I sometimes struggle with these tests. They did their best to make the process as efficient as possible with very minimal discomfort involved and the test results were delivered quickly. Highly recommend this pharmacy if you're flying out of Milan. Grazie signore!
stay away at all costs! Had to take Covid test before flying home. It took them about 2 hours to process 7 people. My result came positive which meant I would have to self-isolate somewhere in Milan over Christmas. I was farily sure it was a mistake, so I went to another pharmacy, took the test again which was negative. Flew home, took a PCR test - negative. I have no idea how it happened, but I honestly think this pharmacy issued the wrong report. It was an absolutely awful experience....
a review just for the dog who sits on the entryway
Bad service. I order a cream and the guy tells me it's available in the afternoon. I come back at 5pm and he says no available from tomorrow. Ok, no problem, low reliability but whatever. The next day I was passing through without a mask (given that it is March 30th, 2 days after the removal of the obligation) the pharmacist looked like he had seen an alien, put the mask on, he can't stay here... and what does he do, he takes a mask and tells me to put it on immediately (except that I could go out and come back later, but maybe it was too difficult for him to get there). Anyway, I put it in and it says 80 cents.... no problem, it's not 80 cents, but before giving it to me you could have asked, right? maybe I would have stopped by later... and all this to just pick up a product when the pharmacy was empty? What can I comment? Of course there was an obligation but I think a bit of brains and practicality helps in life...
I found a pharmacy with trained and attentive people! Staff and people are two synonymous concepts, but sometimes unfortunately distant at work. Not in this pharmacy, here I felt truly listened to! Congratulations, we can see that you love the work you do so much!
