Frankly, after waiting about 15 minutes, one of the staff did not serve me as I did not have a health card which is not compulsory, furthermore I had my father's tax code who also always serves there, I had to go to another pharmacy and I promised myself I would never go back there again

The rudeness and lack of tact of the Cup service employee are unparalleled. I had to go to this pharmacy in my capacity as support administrator for a beneficiary hospitalized in these parts. Being hard of hearing I need to read lips. I immediately point out the situation and the fact that the protocols, in times of Covid, for conversing with hearing-impaired people include distancing one and a half meters and removing the mask. But it's like saying it to the wall. I found myself in an embarrassing situation, because I had to complete a bureaucratic task and I wasn't able to answer the questions. I can understand the fear of contagion but then why allocate a suffocating cubbyhole to such a delicate activity? I must say that in my region of Tuscany certain things have never happened to me P. S. To be honest, at the counter for another activity I found a kinder person But now the omelette was done Alessandra Battistini

I don't understand why after waiting my turn to book a medical service for my 15-day-old son I have to be told to come back in the afternoon because there are few staff... what does it mean that they have the right to decide when I have to go? That said, as far as I'm concerned this is unprofessional behavior.

Good morning, I have lived in Ceparana for many years and am therefore a regular customer there. Yesterday a truly unfortunate event happened: I entered the pharmacy at 12.15 and there were two pharmacists at the counter who were serving; within five minutes the pharmacy fills with people. There continue to be two pharmacists at the counter serving customers. 12.30 arrives and it's finally my turn but, suddenly, there is no longer any pharmacist at the counter. Five minutes pass during which we glimpse the pharmacists getting dressed and leaving (not only the two who were at the counter but also two others) regardless of the customers; finally a pharmacist deigns to consider us (us poor customers) but gets scared by the sea of people present in the pharmacy and starts screaming saying: I'm alone, I can't serve everyone, like I do I go out at 1pm; then he looks at me with wild eyes and says: you have too many prescriptions, tell me the most urgent medicine you need and come back for the others. I'm shocked and literally PISSED OFF. I WALKED IN A QUEUE FOR TWENTY MINUTES AND WHEN IT'S MY TURN I HEAR THESE THINGS?????!!# IT WAS 12.35 AND THE DEAR DOCTOR HAD TIME TO SERVE ME AND IN ANY CASE THE PROBLEM SHOULD NOT AFFECT THE CUSTOMERS. THESE DEAR DOCTORS DO THEIR CONVENIENCE AND IN THE END THEY ALWAYS LOSE THEIR CUSTOMERS. AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED I WILL NO LONGER GO TO THAT PHARMACY, LUCKILY THERE ARE MANY OF THEM
