Courteous staff, cutting-edge pharmacy, today for the first time I ask for a product and they don't have it but they order it and have it arrive today. Possibility of payment with Satispay with a cashback of up to 15%. Possibility to pay with Bitcoin. What can I say: 5 stars
Very kind and super helpful staff. Very short waiting times, especially on the swab side. At the pharmacy it takes a few more minutes, but nothing excessive. Considering the bureaucracy that the staff has to "fight" with, you can't complain! They do everything to be as fast as possible and to satisfy everyone. Always with a smile! Keep it up!
My husband and I had a very good time, the doctor was good, helpful and patient, the swabs are very convenient with the pack of 10. Very kind when I happened to go without an appointment, I waited but he served me. Thank you
Terrible...I brought back a broken hot water bottle after having used it 5/6 times and bought it 20 days before and the same person who had served me, despite my purchase appearing on the video, refused to replace it saying that it was years and not purchased there, thus calling me a false liar... all for the astronomical sum of 9.00 euros... let me start by saying that I HAD been a customer for more than fifty years... they definitely don't see me anymore
