They recently remodeled this pharmacy. However, they are a bit slow. You need to pick up a number and wait for them to call you. Not very practical.
High price - I paid around 35% more comparing to other pharmacy. The employee removed the original price label in front of me to raise the price.
I go to the pharmacy from Buccella via Aurelia on Saturday 18 May and I cannot collect the medicines because the mechanism that transports the medicines from the warehouse below to the upper floor of the pharmacy is blocked... the next day will be Sunday, we will talk about it on Monday, not among other things, I don't have the car to go and look for another pharmacy. Absurd and ridiculous... a place that looks more like a supermarket than anything else. Never again!
Welcoming and well organized pharmacy. This morning I went there to get the fifth dose of the anti-covid vaccine: everything was very fast and efficient, thanks to two very kind doctors. Even when I go there to buy medicines, I have never waited more than five minutes and all the staff have always been very helpful. Then, they have services of all types. Really everything was excellent. Even during the anti-covid tests I always felt good. Ample parking in front. Congratulations to all.
Never again. The profession of pharmacist presupposes empathy and kindness, especially when dealing with a sick person. I was born and raised in the area and I can say that 50 years ago this was a high quality pharmacy. Sin.
