Upon entering, often hot, the intense cold is certainly not pleasant but it seems that despite the complaints the temperature of the room cannot be changed.

There were 3 people working in the pharmacy. No customers. I entered keeping a distance of 2 meters, I didn't have the mask with me. There wasn't a single customer in the pharmacy. I had to buy some medicine for my mother. I insist on remembering the 'covid' rules, i.e. the distance in the absence of a mask. They still kick me out, reminding me of the law. Which I know very well. I went out. I expected that out of 3 workers in a pharmacy with no customers, at least one of them would come to the door to ask me what I needed. No one approached or came out of the pharmacy keeping the right distance. Instead they started asking me behind the counter what I needed. I couldn't hear and I couldn't scream to make people understand what I needed. among other things, I don't think that for privacy reasons, it's right to shout the medicines for my mother from the rooftops. I'll say more. All three workers looked at me smiling behind the counter protected by plexiglass. Stunned and very disappointed by this behavior, I left. without medicine for my mother. I believe that in these uncertain times, vocational work, solidarity, civility, and the professionalism of people who should be there to help people who are hurting, should be in first place. Unfortunately this is not the case in this pharmacy. Compliments

A pharmacy that is always very well stocked and has qualified, friendly and helpful staff. I always go there very willingly even though I have to leave from Borgagne.
