RUDE staff not at all helpful. If you provide your telephone number, this assumes that you can call for information. I don't think calling to ask if rapid swabs are available is such a difficult thing to understand. In such a delicate moment as this I understand all its restrictions; but I really don't think answering a call can be contagious, so he didn't need to yell at me at all.
