I write driven by a sincere and profound feeling of gratitude. In a historical moment in which we are only capable of detecting inefficiencies and errors, I would like to highlight the high level of professional and human skills of the doctors and all the staff of the Buzzi pharmacy. In addition to their excellent professional qualities, they were always available to provide guidance and explanations and intervened without hesitation in every emergency, also providing me with moral and psychological support. It is also important to underline the solid organizational effectiveness which, with extraordinarily rapid times and methods (especially for those who are resigned to bureaucratic delays) manage to provide a response to the most difficult situations. Personally, I have been managing my father's illness for almost thirty years and, being a chronic patient, he has been following the same therapy for years. From the moment you enter the pharmacy you immediately feel in excellent hands: the professionalism, humanity, kindness, courtesy and competence that characterize their work are a guarantee of efficiency.
