Farmacia Caccia - Dr. Corti

I took my almost eight year old daughter for ear piercings and had them done too. They use a practically painless method, they have hypoallergenic but also biocompatible earrings, excellent for those who are allergic to metals like me. Dr. Chiara who performed the puncture, in addition to being extremely precise and professional, is a very sweet person. Highly recommended!

First they sell you a drug for months without a prescription, because it is an over-the-counter drug. Then you come back one day and they tell you the story that the drug is not over the counter but only via prescription and your colleagues were wrong (always blaming your colleagues is poetry, synonymous with great professionalism) and they couldn't sell it or you're lying (also blame the very professional customer). Very knowledgeable about drugs and recipes since they once even asked me for Tachipirina saying that a new regulation had been invented at the time and then telling me that they were confused. We completely agree on this, you are very confused and not up to date.

Kind and helpful

I went to this pharmacy last night (Friday) to purchase a product that was not available (nothing bad can happen) after paying for it the doctor told me that it would be available the next day (Saturday). I go to the pharmacy again on Saturday afternoon and find it closed. Let them be ashamed... thank goodness it wasn't a life-saving drug..... otherwise poor me

A nice staff: competent, kind, helpful. They know how to help and advise. The pharmacy is well stocked, also for the aesthetic part (in addition to the excellent line from Dr. Caccia!).
