Ordered a medication for an emergency. Went to pick it up the next day. They opened the script on the computer the night before and that same morning. Everything was fine. I had other prescriptions so they took care of those first. When they returned to the one that had been pulled up successfully just a minute earlier they said it wasn’t valid. Then they said it was an error in their system and there was nothing they could do. They couldn’t let me pay for the medication and deal with the error later. In the meanwhile there was a crowd building up outside. Now I’m traveling across the city to a pharmacy that has the medication in stock. My “emergency” that I needed to start treating last night will be addressed tonight. First and last time I set foot in that place. I suggest they fix their “system” as I’m not the first person to have this problem, apparently. Unbelievable!
I UNDERSTAND ITALIAN LAWS, but if a person is ill and needs a drug (voltaren) and does not have a prescription at that moment, We'll bring it to you. Nothing! If the doctor can help, he helps, but the doctor sent me straight home and didn't want to hear about it. An honest citizen who respects the law.
A fairly well-stocked and tidy pharmacy. The Doctors are very kind and helpful, ready to give suggestions. Dr. Fida is a point of reference.
Failed! I ordered a product ... It was supposed to arrive the next day. I went there a day later again... a quarter of an hour of queuing outside waiting... to be told 'I've loaded it onto the computer but I can't find it'..., Seriously ???
Inexplicably closed today, perhaps due to snow?
