I have always got along very well with all the pharmacy employees, I mean it, they are kind, thoughtful, polite and helpful people, but for some time now I have started to get a little fed up with the attitudes of the person who manages the pharmacy, who sometimes he seems to try to "get rid of me" as quickly as possible, even if the pharmacy is almost empty, just because I ask him perhaps one more question. Yesterday morning he gave me yet another demonstration: as soon as I finished booking the medical visit through his employee, I only asked what the right price was for the hand cream I had just bought, because on the receipt issued it showed a slightly different price (50 cents more) than the one displayed in the store, but mine wasn't a controversy or anything, I just asked for information (just to understand what the right price was between the two). Since they had written the price wrong on the ticket, the correct price was the one on the receipt, but in order to give me the sop and get out of my way first, he still gave me the 50 cents back (even though the girl said he was giving me the difference back because they were wrong to write it on the note, it was clear that he did it mostly to send me away sooner) even though I told him that there was no need because mine was just a question and that I wouldn't have cared even if I had paid 50 cents more, but not only did he not listen to a single word of what I said, he didn't even let me finish speaking and without even looking me in the face while I spoke to him, he continued to greet me by repeating the same phrase over and over again until then I didn't walk away. How awful to be dismissed so forcefully, and above all to be dismissed in such a hasty, careless and rude way. I felt disheartened and irritated at the same time, and unfortunately it is not the first time he has behaved like this (i.e. he indulges me in order to send me away early): I had happened to go there some time ago to buy a drug but I was torn between that and another thing, and I asked him to give me advice on choosing the best thing, and to do it first he asked me which of the two things I preferred and that the one I would have chosen was fine, then I didn't even have time to leave which he immediately took and went into the room behind the pharmacy to say to his employee "We have to do this, otherwise he won't go away anymore", and that was truly a lack of respect, but how did permit?? Not to mention that sometimes he even allowed himself to answer me badly, for example when I asked him on the phone (because I felt ill, I couldn't leave home) to better explain to me the therapy he wanted me to do to get better, but then he answered me badly. and in a rather annoyed/irritated way only because I dared to contradict him for a second by asking him if perhaps I couldn't adopt a slightly less rigid therapy given that his seemed a little excessive to me. I'm starting to get a little tired of all his little rudeness and lack of respect, which although it doesn't always happen, does happen every now and then. And to say that it wasn't always like this, in fact before he treated me much better. I don't expect this person to welcome me with open arms or roll out the red carpet for me when I go there, but that they at least treat me like all the other customers, stopping with certain attitudes and showing me a little more respect, since I'm always I was polite and I never did anything bad to him. I would like to point out that I do not intend to discredit anyone or the service offered, and that this review (as well as the rating I gave) was written only for one person in particular and not for all those who work there, with whom, I repeat, I have always had a great experience, which is why I wouldn't want to find myself forced to have to change pharmacy.
Excellent pharmacy with super competent and superlatively kind doctors. Heartfelt thanks to all the excellent doctors, who do everything they can to help the patient. Francesco Macor
10 out of 10 for the swab service. Quick, prompt, kind and efficient from every point of view. The absolute best in the area.
Medium cost and working tampons. Very large warehouse and there is a large variety of medicines
In addition to medicines, it has an excellent supply of food and accessories for children and beyond. If something is missing, no problem, they'll get it to you in a few hours. Friendly and helpful staff.
