The new ownership, if it wants to be successful, would do well to leave the employees of the previous Cagli management at home. Very rude, surly and arrogant. Never seen such ignorant pharmacy staff. Cut and get someone who enjoys being there.
I stumbled upon it by chance, but I won't happen again. I asked for generic glycerin suppositories, the clerk rudely said that he only had Carlo Erba ones. Furthermore, they are sold at absolutely full price, while everywhere else they have a discount. Conclusion: zero kindness and high prices, one star!
I'm a little surprised by the somewhat low rating, I've been coming to this pharmacy for at least 20 years and I've always had a great time. Competent, kind, patient pharmacists.
I only go every now and then because I live in front of them and sometimes I have to, but I avoid it if I can because, in addition to being slow, they are really not very nice and not at all friendly, especially the men, who don't smile even for payment and seem annoyed.
