Professional and kind.

SUNSCREEN SELLERS. Totally incapable, incompetent. Medicine prescribed in DPC with therapeutic plan, delivered by law within 12/24 hours from the order in the pharmacy in the area. Ordered urgently 72 hours in advance. Today they tell me that "maybe it will arrive tomorrow, but we don't know". They didn't call us to let us know, at 6pm they told us to go to the hospital saying "ah but I don't think they're closed, for emergencies..." we had to throw the call to the call centers of the surrounding hospitals in their faces to demonstrate that these cases ARE GOING HANDLE IN THE MORNING, as hospital pharmacies close between 12 and 1pm. They are evidently too worried about treating rashes and selling sunscreens. Not caring about those who need important medications…

I went for a medicine that I always buy everywhere and they asked me for the prescription. I told the truth that I had forgotten it at home but she rudely said there's nothing I can do.
