Availability, professionalism and courtesy
Staff always attentive to the customer and available for every request. Parking is inconvenient as it is located on a major road.
You take some products and they don't put them all in the bag, you are forced to go back... A product arrives in the afternoon, you come by at 4.30pm but they tell you after 5.30pm... say it first right? Never again
well stocked and helpful staff, prepared and quick with orders. deliveries of medicines always take place 1-2 days before the scheduled date, if you buy without ordering it takes 5 minutes as you are prepared and complete with supplies
Today, Sunday 07/04/2021, the pharmacy on duty is open until 12:00 am, too bad that at 8:10 pm we found the shopkeeper closing the shutter, indicating another pharmacy, which was on the other side part of Latina, not considering that I had already crossed half the city to get to them, given that the website indicated them as the pharmacy on duty.
