Terrible, it's not the first time that in order not to lose customers they give me one thing for another! If I ask for a product and it's not there, just say so instead of giving another one! The substitute is not always right for everyone!!!!

Very bad. A rather germophobic lady forces us to keep the mask in the car, for the swab test. And that's not all! After taking the swab, he didn't put it in an envelope... No! He kept it exposed to the open air for about twenty meters (the distance from the car to the pharmacy) where he could have taken anything. Obviously he did this for all the swabs... But do we want to talk about the organization? There were about ten cars in front of us... We waited an hour! One hour for 10 cars! But we noticed that someone had the preferential lane, probably friends of this one... Terrible! P.s. we had to wait an hour for the results of a rapid swab.
