Rude, unprepared staff, twice with a doctor's prescription they gave me the receipt without the possibility of downloading the drug because it lacked a tax code. It would be more appropriate to treat the customer rather than talk about one's own business and holidays...... I miss the old owners 😑

The staff is lacking in empathy, grumpy and has a truly unpleasant manner. The workers talk often about their business during work, which I find extremely annoying

I went to the Calvi pharmacy to pick up a medicine. The structure is located along a very commercial street in Sanremo, in the immediate vicinity there are numerous car and motorbike spaces which allow customers to park their vehicles easily. The inside of the pharmacy is very well organized and structured, there are numerous shelves on which many products, not just medicines, are displayed. The staff present is courteous and helpful as well as very professionally trained. I found what I was prescribed. An excellent reference point in the city.

Homeopathic products are certainly valid, personally tested, unfortunately there is a tendency to sell only natural products, money is spent and often there are no results and therefore you have to resort to old medicines as homeopathics are mild and not all effective, so we waste time, money and the suffering remains, if we come it is not for pleasure. It is not correct in my opinion. talking to the pharmacist, a very rude lady interrupted me, she speaks in a loud voice, there is no privacy, I understand you are tired, you keep saying it but what can the users do?.
