If the drug is the original one in the prescription, why do you put the equivalent one? It would be right to ask the customer or the customer himself will tell you he can give me the equivalent, I think it's more right. You are a good pharmacy but this is not good.

Terrible, rude and not professional at all. I accompanied a friend to pick up some urgent medications at 1am while this "pharmacy" was listed as the one on duty, but when we arrived the shutter was closed. When we called the number, the person on the other end of the phone was extremely rude, making us worry about whether we needed the drugs and asking questions that were absolutely out of place on the phone. If you don't like your job, change it, your doctor hasn't told you to do something that you don't know how to do or don't want to do, alternatively, don't make yourself available for availability, because you really risk damaging someone with your absolute lack of professionalism. Shameful, laughable, to be absolutely avoided.

I can only give 5 stars. The staff are kind, prepared and patient for every customer who presents their needs. Available most of the day and exhaustive in explaining the medication requested! Friendly, helpful and super 🔝🔝
