Pharmacy almost always without the products I'm looking for. You always have to order them. Then, even though I had the number I was made to wait because I had the number 47 and at that moment a lady with the 43 showed up! The lady was made to sit down to be served and make me wait... I don't see this thing as right, so I take the number, go out and go do my own thing, then come back presenting the number which has already been passed for some time and I move on!?! But how can you treat people like that!

I am from Mezzolombardo, the pharmacy which has been present for many years has expanded like a supermarket. Apart from the numerett, the most important thing is missing, welcoming people with a smile, it costs nothing and people would feel welcomed because each person is unique, they don't just bring money but all of themselves. Try empathy and smile don't cost anything

Large pharmacy well stocked with gluten-free products and there are different ones from pasta, biscuits, rusks, flours, but also frozen foods. The medical staff is very knowledgeable, very kind, knows how to listen and advise you best according to your needs. When you enter you are greeted with a smile that you can see from your eyes even if you have masks on and you can feel a family atmosphere because you know that you are treated properly.
