Galenic products can be prepared. All pharmacists are very kind and willing to give advice. Alongside it you can also get the Covid vaccine.

Shameful. During the COVID period I book the vaccine, everything is ok. On the day of the vaccine I have my mother show up as I am in quarantine and they say they called me and canceled. FALSE. I introduce myself to show the call list of my cell phone. without any phone call from them and they still give the vaccine to another person called specifically and who had the vaccine two weeks later. Shameful. LIES one on top of the other from a certain Laura who "would have called me" and from her colleague who reacted with annoyance and indifference to our disappointment. None of my family will ever set foot there again. Zero professionalism. Faking a call you never received... painful.

On Saturday, I stopped at the pharmacy to buy one Eye contour cream. Kind and helpful pharmacist. For every purchase of products other than medicines, they give a points card. Once a certain score is reached they give the corresponding discount. It's a nice initiative.

Well stocked and immediately available in the medicine department, as far as the CUP department is concerned they are bordering on indecency, every time they never find a place for you and for any urgent prescription they say to go and book it in the hospital, go to the CUP pharmacy in Montevarchi-Terranuova in 5 minutes you will have your reservation without any problem
