Very rude towards non Italian speakers. I attempted to talk to the pharmacist in Italian only to receive an eye roll and annoyed sigh when she realized I don’t speak Italian. Was not helpful nor kind

It's always a shame to leave a negative review, but this pharmacy is poorly stocked and absolutely unsuitable for the night shift. I happened to pass by this pharmacy on the evening of Sunday 30 September, as it was the only one open in the whole of Forlì after 10pm. The fact is that as I didn't have what I asked for I had to go to Forlimpopoli (paying €7.50 additional charges for the on-call service, the 30-minute wait in addition to about twenty kilometers there and back which I would have gladly saved). What convinced me to leave this criticism was the fact that it was not an accidental isolated case, that evening the lady in the queue before me also experienced the same evident discomfort.

The best pharmacist in Forlì, highly trained and always available to provide advice. For me he is like a doctor
