How can we talk about rudeness, I haven't been there for long, but I found a lot of kindness!
Having arrived at the pharmacy after 11pm, I was surprised by the price of the connectin... 20 euros and 30 cents, I asked why it had increased so much, the "pharmacist" in unprofessional clothing replied that you were charged 7.50 for the call. I feel like I am in 2023, not in the 80s, it is a right for there to be a pharmacy open and available in every country, I see this as an abuse
One of the historic pharmacies of Fiumefreddo di Sicilia located in front of the main church in the center of the country. In addition to medicines, perfumery and beauty products, baby gifts etc. I give 5 stars preference for the service provided by Pippo and the friendly, professional pharmacists and available except for one of them who doesn't deserve to be in the starred group and honestly they could hold her back for a moment with a: "Calm down". I know the name but I won't say it. Surely the regulars know who I'm talking about, she has already made herself known. I absolutely do not agree that there are rude staff in this pharmacy, I have been going to this pharmacy all my life and there has never been rude staff and not even now, not even the latest arrival, has always been courteous and helpful, it is not fair that the negative opinion of a person questions the professionalism of a trained person, I give 5 stars to all the impeccable staff, keep it up
