For an emergency I needed formula at night for my 3 month old son. The pharmacy was on duty, the closest one was in Sovigliana, unreachable without a car. I tried calling several times but got no answer, so I went. They refused to sell me formula milk saying that they were only available at night for emergencies. I don't see how a newborn left on an empty stomach can't be an emergency.
