By chance I found myself nearby and found it open for shift.......👍 I found myself fine
I decided to change my previous review (which was extremely negative) because they finally gave us our money back and realized the mistake. (Probably the owners are ok, while those who work there deserve a slap on the wrist). But if they hadn't insisted, they would have forked out the €15 for a swab that should have been free from the start! (end of quarantine swab for those who were already positive) as indicated by the Udine prevention department!
Courtesy and professionalism, useful advice. Speed of service. Convenient parking in front.
I would like to point out that my previous communication was dictated by a particular moment and that it was absolutely not intended to undermine the professionalism of pharmacists who are worthy of esteem and respect. Never again will the rude staff change the pharmacy and, as they say, proving itself is a completely different thing, more professionalism. It seems that the schools did them by correspondence. The owners are kind, they are safe but whoever works there, God free us
