Introduction: I have two degrees in health and molecular biology, plus I'm getting a third degree in medicine. Therefore, I consider myself capable of knowing how to read the labels containing the ingredients on banal cosmetic products on my own. Having said that, I went to the pharmacy to choose and purchase some cosmetic creams. So, I went to the area where the creams are displayed to the public and started looking at them. A sales assistant approached me asking if I needed a hand, I politely declined the offer. After a minute (literally), the same person asks me again several times if I want advice, I politely decline the offer several times, explaining that since I have scientific skills, I didn't need advice, so I preferred to choose from me my purchases (even if one should not be forced to carry their degrees in their handbag to demonstrate that they are able to independently buy products that are not drugs). I underline that these were not drugs but simple cosmetics, so anyone is free to choose independently whether they need advice or not. Upon my refusal, the sales assistant begins to become more and more insistent (probably she takes a percentage of the sale for which she has an interest in giving advice at all costs, even unsolicited ones? I don't know, but this is my hypothesis), I specify that I have all the knowledge to be able to choose cosmetic creams independently and given the insistence of the sales assistant I ask if there was perhaps a limit to being able to view the products alone (i.e. read the ingredients contained in the creams alone), I was told that there was no 'it is a prohibition for the customer to view the products independently, but she would not have moved from there. So I ask why he continues to insist on necessarily recommending something to me when I have said several times that I want to independently choose the cosmetic products to purchase. At that point the sales assistant in question begins to respond in a rude and completely inappropriate manner, creating a truly inappropriate atmosphere which pushed me not to purchase any products and change pharmacy. The same thing had happened to me the previous week but I wanted to turn a blind eye and return. For the second time I received incessant pressure from the employee in question so I decided to change the place of purchase of the products in question. Therefore I would recommend training your employees better, especially in the appropriate relationship with the public, specifying to avoid acts of profiteering with customers. P.S.: the rest of the pharmacy employees have absolutely no problems, I have always found helpful and polite people, the only problem is in the cosmetics department where only one of the employees (not all) who look after the department has an insistent attitude (already demonstrated previously) are truly inappropriate and above all demonstrate a very poor education and ability to interact with the public. In any case I will never return to buy cosmetics from that place again. And I advise others against doing so because personally I wouldn't trust anyone who tries to profit from the customer by not respecting any limits.

Pharmacy open all the time, beware of the owner, old age plays bad tricks, I couldn't download 15,000 of the swab, even though I gave him the tax code, after I noticed it, he was rude, saying that I had to pay with a credit card to get the deduction, continuing to shout in front of customers. Then after having documented myself, I warned him to make weekly instructions, because the Revenue Office had already clarified with a circular that it could be deducted even if paid in cash.

Very negative experience, I'll be brief. I went to the pharmacy to have an ECG, they made me sit on a dirty fabric bed, without even putting a single sheet of disposable paper. I expressed my disappointment, therefore asking for disposable paper, I was told that they didn't have any. I had to put on my shirt. Crazy!!! How disgusting !!!

Experienced and kind staff, a lot of assortment and very affordable prices, I also buy baby food and diapers and the prices are unbeatable...And then you find them open every day continuously, including Saturdays, they give a great service to everyone the city.
