To say INCOMPETENT is an understatement!!! After days of trying to book a diagnostic medical visit through the pharmacy's cup service, they remembered that they could take charge. Conclusion? Recipe expired, no response and now we have to start all over again. IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK, STAY AT HOME AND GIVE THE JOB TO THOSE WHO WANT TO WORK, INCOMPETENTS!!!

I use them regularly. I needed to purchase rapid swabs for problems in my family. The proposed swab would have been sold to me at a price 4 times higher than that offered on the internet by a well-known online sales site. Same swab, same brand and with an even longer expiry date. You have disappointed me, it is not possible to make money like this on such delicate topics regarding health, considering that the peak pandemic period is fortunately over.
1 word is enough to describe the staff: AWFUL. I went to get the swab done and the lady probably didn't even know her name until a few moments before... Not recommended for those whose minutes are limited.
