Totally negative experience, conflicting and extemporaneous information, little transparency, and as a result nothing happened!

If there is one thing that disturbs me terribly it is being made fun of by those who, by profession and/or role, should protect others!!! I went to this pharmacy a few days ago because I was passing through and in a hurry... When my turn comes, the pharmacist puts antibiotics and aerosol medicines in the bag and presents me with the bill... I remain perplexed because I wouldn't have I had to pay nothing, but I'm in a hurry and I think that the aerosol treatment has its cost... At home I realize that the pharmacist gave me designer drugs instead of generics, and when I was at the counter she didn't let me the usual question, the one they always ask me in the Valli pharmacy, where I always use it: "Do you want the generic?" With all the money we pay in taxes and that the pharmacies take, all we need to do is pay protection money!!!! Crazy stuff!!!

Always well stocked with galenic preparations that are not easily found in other pharmacies.

Let me start by saying that in the past I have always found courtesy and helpfulness every time I went to bring recipes. Indeed, more than available. Chapeau! Today the pharmacist who served me was, however, particularly rude and out of line, on issues of which the end user (the person for whom I go to them) was not aware. Regardless of the right or wrong as to why that something was not available, I remember that not all of us were born learned. If I reiterate several times that I don't know certain dynamics since I'm not directly interested, he kindly explains them to me with kindness. I'm sure he understood that it's not edifying to approach the customer in this way and it will certainly have been a coincidence and I hope it doesn't happen again, which is why the positive feedback still remains.

The kind young lady who was on duty this evening, Sunday 26 June, at 9pm told me that the prescription was needed because of the night hours... I hope you also find the same treatment... shame on you... logically a customer of that pharmacy.... I wanted to say that I was a former customer....I recovered everything in Pescara without any fuss. Does the doctor comply with current regulations? it's called Common Sense...if I ask for EUTIROX because I finished it without realizing it, it's not because I like it as candy...it's because I have a problem...the moment you are told: "I'll bring the recipe to you as soon as tomorrow morning the doctor opens." it's incompetent to say that you necessarily want the recipe... I didn't ask for Xanax or other things like that... and above all from one of your clients for years.... then for the rest what are we talking about.... anyway it won't happen again... also because even at the cost of traveling kilometers from you I won't set foot there again...
