I have been a customer of the Cappuccini Pharmacy since the beginning of the new management. Although there are other pharmacies near my home, I always prefer to go to the doctor with pleasure. Milanese because I know that from him I will always find courtesy, competence, availability and a smile. I believe that in a world where commercial offers have now become too many and (unfortunately) unclear, having a certain point of reference (especially when it comes to health) is essential for our peace of mind and that of the people we love. And I'm glad I found it!

It is difficult to write a review on a pharmacy, but I cannot help it, because in this case you can see the difference compared to many other pharmacies in Vercelli, modern and with highly trained staff, Doctor Milanese, third generation of pharmacists, brings extraordinary added value with the particular attention it puts into respecting and enhancing the recipes of the past. It deserves an award for best pharmacy in terms of product presentation and kindness of the staff, two attentive and helpful pharmacists. For me it is the most convenient pharmacy outside of home and I am happy to say that now it is no longer just a question of convenience, but I go back precisely because the spirit of the staff is that of those who are happy to do their job every day and help someone. All the people who work there are ALWAYS super kind and smiling, fast and resolve any problem in an instant and with as little disturbance as possible for the customer. Great!

Well stocked pharmacy and very nice professional staff

The Capuchin pharmacy is not a pharmacy but is "their own pharmacy" for all its customers. Anyone who enters as a customer leaves as a friend because the courtesy, availability of the people who work there and their professionalism are available to everyone. It's worth traveling a few extra miles to get great service.
