Courteous and affable
Kindness, professionalism, courtesy and also a lot of friendliness especially from Dr. Rossi. Trusted pharmacy from which I have always received excellent advice.
Courtesy, attention and dedication to your work... Here's what you find... Pharmacy with a capital F and I'm not here to praise the heroic deeds of some Marvel character but rather the simple and daily work of those who do their job with passion and accuracy... Good job...
Rudeness, arrogance, and lack of empathy. They look down on you as if they were medical gurus. Not recommended. Second time I've gone in there out of extreme necessity, I hope it's the last.
A place that is intimidating as soon as you enter. Young people behind the counter... but smile because you don't pay. Too presumptuous and it's not the first time I've gone. You are in contact with the public....I don't recommend this pharmacy at all.
