Doctor Carai, a wonderful person, knowledgeable, helpful and a giver of advice regarding treatments, like all the doctors on his staff. It's truly a pleasure to go there.

Kindness and professionalism are the trait d'union of this place. Fully stocked with many products not just for the person. But above all it is possible to rely on the professionalism and courtesy of the staff for any advice.

If I am still alive today, perhaps I also owe it in part to the availability and empathy of one of the employees of this pharmacy. About three years ago - having passed 50 - the ASL8 sent me a coupon to collect a "certain" kit from the pharmacy, for a "certain" test included in a "certain" screening. Initially, having no particular problems, I decided to give it up. Then I decided - in any case, not very convinced - to go to the Carai pharmacy to collect what was necessary. Given the "nature" of the test, I was very embarrassed when I realized that I would have needed a woman: it almost seemed like a further invitation to let it go. I stammered a few words of circumstance, I also believe I had purchased something absolutely useless, then the silent grace and availability of that person pushed me to present the coupon without stupid shame. After four months I was operated on, today I am under control, but still alive. And even if you never knew it, I owe it in part to that person, as well as to the timeliness and efficiency of ASL8. I publicly and unashamedly say thank you from the bottom of my heart, to both of you. And I equally strongly invite all those who receive that kit not to snub it or consider it useless, because even an apparently silly and routine test like that can save your life. It happened with me.

Very kind, extremely helpful, Dr. Carai and his collaborators, without exception. I've never seen anyone get impatient, but above all you feel real empathy. I believe that this makes the difference in a pharmacy and makes people become fond of it and come back not only for medicines, but for advice, parapharmaceuticals and more (the cosmetics corner is well stocked, the brands are excellent).
