Farmacia Cardillo Lucia Rosa

Today, it must have been an employee's oversight (and it can happen!) I purchased a medicine in sachets which was delivered to me in the classic pharmacy bag. Having to take it after lunch, I took it and realized that the package had been opened on one side, so I counted the sachets inside and instead of 20 there were 18. In the afternoon I went to ask for a sealed package but the shop assistant who served me claimed that she had checked the package and that it was closed, otherwise she would have noticed. He basically told me it was me and handed me back the box in question. Obviously (I've been using them for 16 years!) I won't set foot in them again, there are many pharmacies, I advise customers to check the integrity of the packages before paying for them 😉

Super-stocked pharmacy with a team of pharmacists, starting with Dr. Cardillo, who are very competent, helpful and courteous. Another positive note is the ease of finding free parking in the immediate vicinity.
