Located in the center of Narni Scalo, it is undoubtedly the best assorted and most organized pharmacy in the Narnese area. Despite overlooking the main street of the town centre, it remains very convenient thanks to the large car park located on the opposite side of the road. The place is large, well divided with dedicated spaces and well maintained. Even in the most chaotic periods, the queues move rather quickly, in fact at the medicine counter you can find up to 4/5 very qualified employees. There is also the Cup booking service, an area exclusively dedicated to cosmetics, a corner with food products for people with particular problems such as diabetes or cilia, a corner dedicated to herbal medicine and much more. At the back, with a separate entrance, an area exclusively dedicated to Covid swabs. In summary, great assortment, order and great professionalism..
A CANCER PATIENT WAS GIVEN AN WRONG DRUG, SINCE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 40 GR, INSTEAD THE PHARMACIST GAVE HIM A HIGH DOSE OF 400 GR, LUCKILY THE CUSTOMER REALIZED THIS IN TIME! DO YOU KNOW THAT SOMETHING SIMILAR HAS ALREADY HAPPENED AND THE POOR UNFORTUNATE DIED? WE DO NOT ACCEPT NEGLIGENCE ON YOUR PART! I ASK THE OWNER TO CHECK HIS WORKERS. AND IF YOU KNOW ABOUT IT, IT WAS OKAY THAT I DIDN'T FILE A COMPLAINT. FOR THIS TIME!!
Very kind and always helpful staff with a smile on their faces, which is very pleasant considering the place you enter. And then they are very knowledgeable about drugs and their active ingredients. It happened to us more than once that we were looking for missing but life-saving drugs and they found a solution immediately, when in other pharmacies they would have just said "we're sorry but the production of this drug is blocked". Large and well-stocked, very useful all-day opening hours
