Very competent and patient pharmacists, I have personally seen how they professionally followed even customers with demands that I would not define as "reasonable", yet the pharmacists always remain with a smile and listen, trying to satisfy everyone's needs. Excellent advice also for beauty/skincare products, the shop is stocked with valid brands. I would go to another pharmacy only if this one was closed and I really had an emergency that could not be postponed.

Friendly and nice but above all professional and precise. It's still a pharmacy but it's always a pleasure to receive friendly customer service. Also highly recommended for complementary products.

I have been using the Carioli pharmacy for many years and I have always found trained, polite, patient and very courteous people. I recommend it to everyone!

On June 4, 2021 I went to the Carioli pharmacy 8 minutes before closing. The lady, the much older one, takes my husband's card and gives it back to me immediately, saying that I had to come back in the afternoon or the next day, because there were too many medicines to take (there were 2: Triatec and Xatral) and she had other things to do and turn your back. I went there a few times but this lady has been rude towards me since the first time. Thats enough! I never went back there again and I prefer to go to the DOCTORS' PHARMACY. Cesare and Giovanni Boattini, in Coccolia, where I have always found professionalism, attention, friendliness, respect and real interest in the well-being of customers. Unfortunately this is a reality that should not have happened in a pharmacy, especially in a place like San Pietro in Vincoli.

A very low level pharmacy. The pharmacists are obviously not up to date, or they just want to make money. The communication between the staff and the customer is inexplicable, without respect. Having a problem, they recommended an unsuitable product. The pharmacy is used to the elderly clientele of the town who unfortunately are not in the sector and do not know anything about it, as soon as they encounter a person with the highest qualifications... they get lost and respond helplessly with an aggressive manner. I am very disappointed and sorry that in 2019 such unprofessional people work with the public. I'm also sorry that they make money on poor people, who blindly rely on them and spend their meager pension money. But from what I was told about the people of the town... the owner doesn't have a very good opinion. I recommend the pharmacy in Coccolia or Santo Stefano.
