I read some good reviews here and was very surprised. it seems like we visited different pharmacies... but no, this is the same pharmacy. The employees are absolutely incompetent. Yes, perhaps they were nice and polite, but not knowing the names of the active ingredients and using only brand names is the height of incompetence for a pharmacist. What good is politeness if I go to a pharmacy for a certain type of medication? their politeness did not help me, and the medical problem remained until the weekend was over and a normal pharmacy with competent employees opened. I didn’t go here before because I heard not very flattering reviews, now I was forced to see for myself (because the pharmacy was on duty on the weekend), I won’t come here again.
Pharmacy located in an easy access point on Viale Carlo III with a good number of parking spaces. Courteous and knowledgeable pharmacists.
